Alecta buys pair of Gothenburg office projects for €190m

Swedish property company Alecta Fastigheter is to acquire two adjacent office buildings in central Gothenburg, paying developer NCC SEK 2.2 billion (c€190.2 million) for the assets which provide a total of 27,000 sq m of space.
