Nuveen to sell 25% share of St James Quarter in Edinburgh

Nuveen Real Estate is selling a 25% share of Edinburgh’s St James Quarter, a mixed-use scheme which opened in 2021 and attracts over 18 million visitors a year. Savills has been appointed to market the sale of the interest in the shopping centre as well as the sale of W Edinburgh, a 244-room hotel which opened last year.
