Power seals €11m data centre land transaction for Activum
Activum SG has sold a 190,000 sq ft (1.76 ha) plot of land in Spain’s Madrid region for the development of a data centre. The site in Meco to the east of the city of Madrid, has been acquired by data centre developer and operator Pure DC for €11 million.
