Dutch office occupiers tend to prioritise energy efficient space
More than half of lettings in the Netherlands office market occurred in buildings with a high energy label during 2023. Analysis by Savills data, intelligence and strategy revealed that 56.09% of leased office spaces had an Energy Label Performance Certificate (EPC) A or better.
