Feldberg promotes Cochrane to new Head of Sustainability
Feldberg Capital, a specialist in sustainability-focused real estate ventures in high-growth sectors, has promoted Jon Cochrane to Head of Sustainability as the business expands with new mandates, joint ventures and real estate acquisitions in the UK and Europe. The owner-managed real estate investment manager has offices in London, Frankfurt am Main and Berlin.

Cochrane has developed and overseen a multitude of innovative sustainable refurbishment and asset management initiatives across Feldberg’s UK portfolio since joining the business in 2020.
In addition to becoming Head of Sustainability, he will continue his role as Director of Asset Management and play a pivotal role as Feldberg maintains its push to invest in brown-to-green central London office opportunities at what the firm believes is a highly attractive time to invest in this part of the market.
Cochrane will also be key to Feldberg’s focus on developing and managing next generation energy efficient industrial and logistics assets in the UK and Germany. With his responsibilities being expanded to include continental Europe for the first time, Cochrane will ensure development, asset management and sustainability strategies are of a consistently high standard that is reflected across Feldberg’s growing portfolio.
“Jon’s promotion comes at an exciting time for our business, as we embark on new opportunities with international investors, institutions and real estate companies partnering with us to take advantage of our expertise in delivering modern sustainable properties in sectors where returns are supported by strong structural tailwinds”, said David Turner of Feldberg. “Jon has been instrumental in developing the specialist skillset we are known for, and his experience and knowledge makes him the ideal person to play a leading role in successfully delivering our strategies going forward.”
