Long Harbour makes Louise Evans director of asset management

Long Harbour, the real estate investment manager, has appointed Louise Evans as director of asset management to support the expansion of its living strategies. She will lead and expand its asset management platform, supporting multifamily and single family housing portfolios. Evans brings over 15 years’ experience and joins from Franklin Templeton Investments, where she spent six years as head of asset management and co-portfolio manager. She previously worked at LaSalle Investment Management, overseeing student housing, hotels and healthcare assets, and began her career at JLL. She is a chartered surveyor.
