Delancey appoints Cindy Rose as responsible investment director

Cindy Rose has joined Delancey, the UK real estate investment, asset and development management firm, as responsible investment director. Rose, who joined in October, will support the firm’s expanded responsible investment team, aligning investment strategies with client objectives, leading client reporting and working directly with investors and other stakeholders. She joins from global insurance firm Gallagher, where she led sustainable investing stewardship. Rose previously held senior responsible investment roles at Liontrust Asset Management and Aberdeen Standard, bringing experience in developing and implementing responsible investment and ESG strategies across global multi-asset management organisations.
