Rahder and DaCosta join Silbury Finance senior management
Development lender Silbury Finance has appointed Jamie Rahder (above, left) as investment director and Trevor DaCosta as finance director, strengthening the company’s origination and finance functions.
Rahder joins Silbury, which is backed by Oaktree Capital Management, from Octopus Real Estate where he was a senior development originator for five years and worked alongside Silbury’s founding partner Gavin Eustace.
He previously spent two years at Hampshire Trust Bank as a lending analyst in the property finance team.
At Silbury he will be responsible for originating new real estate transactions, deal execution and ongoing management of the loan book
DaCosta was previously finance director at Urban Exposure, prior to which he spent nine years at Tishman Speyer Properties in London, most recently as head of financial planning and analysis for Europe.
