Invesco appoints Kevin Grundy as head of real estate, Europe

Invesco, the global asset manager, has appointed Kevin Grundy as head of real estate, Europe, with responsibility for strategy, operations and financial performance. Grundy brings 30 years of industry experience and has been with the firm since 2014. He takes over leadership of the European platform following Andy Rofe’s decision to retire after 23 years with the firm, with a handover running until year end. The appointment forms part of a planned leadership transition as the firm seeks to grow its European real estate platform across equity and debt strategies.
