Former Colliers International managing directors and shareholders in Germany, Julius Bender, Peter Kunz and Wolfgang Speer, have left the firm to establish a new industrial development arm for German developer Lang & Cie Group.

Lang & Cie industrial will specialise in developing industrial and logistics space, business parks and data centres in Germany.

Bender, Kunz and Speer will be board members of the new company which will have a presence in Frankfurt and Munich with an office in Düsseldorf also planned.

Heinz-Günter Lang who chairs the supervisory board of the new company said that the Lang & Cie Group has successfully implemented a large number of large projects with a volume of over €2 billion for well-known national and international customers. “With Lang & Cie Industrial, we now cover other, rapidly growing markets and asset classes.”
