Workman adds trio of experts to its sustainability consultancy

Property consultancy Workman has strengthened its sustainability consultancy with a trio of appointments.

Icarus Au, who has over a decade of international consultancy experience in sustainable building design and carbon assessment, joins the Birmingham office as whole-life carbon and technical sustainability consultant. He will lead Workman’s whole-life carbon assessment services with structured, auditable data that supports clients’ decarbonisation and net zero ambitions.

Rachael Entwistle, an expert in ESG strategy, BREEAM In-Use certification and climate resilience, joins the Manchester office as senior sustainability consultant, specialising in building performance.

Hope Walker, who has specialist skills in building performance modelling, domestic energy assessment and whole-life carbon analysis, joins the Bristol office as sustainability consultant.

Together, the trio will strengthen Workman’s expertise across whole-life carbon, building performance and BREEAM In-Use, supporting institutional investors, funds and property owners with ESG, regulatory and net-zero objectives.
