Will Outram, Valor’s Head of ESG UK, becomes Senior Vice President in promotion round
Valor Real Estate Partners, Europe’s fast-growing last-mile real estate specialist, has announced the promotion of Will Outram, Head of ESG UK in its Asset Management Team, to Senior Vice President.
The promotion was part of nine announced by Valor as it continues to expand its platform across key gateway cities in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and Italy.

As well as Outram three other people were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President: Timour Wielemans, who has played a key role in Valor’s UK Investments team since 2019; Miles Muthu, who specializes in real estate finance and Lianghui Lin, who is dedicated to financial reporting & operations.
Valor has also promoted Andrew Nally, UK Investments, and Adrien Gornard, France Asset Management, to Vice President.
The other promotions are Marcus Guillemant to Senior Associate in the Finance team; Hugo Comensoli to Associate in the UK Asset Management team and Martin Garsic to Associate in the Finance and Data team.
The promotions follow a strong year of growth in which Valor deployed more than €600 million in highly competitive submarkets across Europe, completed its first acquisition in Italy and secured a number of portfolio asset management mandates. Valor’s portfolio now spans more than 250 last-mile assets with a total AUM of €5 billion.
