KF hires Hashemi and creates new research team
Knight Frank has recruited ESG professional Amira Hashemi for the newly created role of UK ESG lead, property and asset management.
She will work closely with the firm’s property and asset management, and energy and sustainability departments.
Hashemi joins from Frasers Property UK, where for the past four years she had a client-side role as UK ESG lead. Prior to this she spent four years at Frasers Property Australia.
Harley heads new Knight Frank research team
Knight Frank has also created a new ESG research team and appointed Flora Harley to lead it as head of ESG research.
Harley has more than eight years’ experience as a researcher, including five at KF. Prior to this, she worked as an economist within KPMG’s consulting business, and for the UK government
The creation of a new ESG research team will bolster Knight Frank’s residential and commercial research offerings, creating a one-stop shop of expertise for a diverse and growing client base.
