Jussi Rouhento rejoins Northern Horizon as managing director

Northern Horizon has announced that Jussi Rouhento will rejoin the company as fund manager and managing director in Finland on 1 July. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing Northern Horizon’s social asset investment platform.

Rouhento’s extensive experience in real estate fund management, transactions and asset management will further strengthen Northern Horizon’s capabilities in the Nordics. Between 2011 and 2018, he worked for Northern Horizon as head of Finland and fund manager of the company’s first two healthcare funds, Healthcare I and II. In 2019, he moved to become managing director of Catella Asset Management Finland.

His extensive experience and industry network in Finland and Northern Europe will be a great support in executing Northern Horizon’s further growth into social assets and other geographies,” said Milda Dargužaitė, group chief executive.

“He already knows Northern Horizon and our strong focus on societal needs, having been part of launching and building Northern Horizon’s healthcare business, which has grown to around €1 billion in assets under management,” she added. “We are confident that Jussi will be an important contributor to the execution of our future growth.”
