Gencer to head 7R’s capital raising and European growth

Savas Gencer has been appointed as investment director at Kraków-based warehouse and logistics developer 7R. He will be responsible for capital raising activities and 7R’s international expansion into new European markets.

Gencer, who has over ten years’ experience in private equity real estate investment, was previously vice president at Amstar, responsible for investment and asset management activities in CEE and Turkey.

Gencer has asset management experience in international markets and has completed transactions worth €1 billion. These include sales of residential and retail investments in Poland such as high-rise residential tower Złota 44 in Warsaw, and the Novum residential project in Kraków.

To date, 7R has completed the development of over 740,000 sq m of logistics space in Poland and has over 1.6 million sq m in the pipeline.
