Francisco named C&W’s first sustainability chief

Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Jessica Francisco as its first chief sustainability officer.

Francisco joined C&W in 2022 as global head of sustainability for the firm’s occupier services business.

In her new role, she will develop and implement sustainability strategies and goals across the whole firm. Prior to joining C&W, Francisco was head of sustainability at Arcadis US.

“This new role reflects the firm’s commitment to advancing sustainability, not only for our own operations, but also through the strategic advice and services we provide our clients,” said Nathaniel Robinson, C&W chief investment and strategy officer.

Robinson added: “We believe sustainability is a business imperative for the commercial real estate industry. The appointment is a significant step in our ongoing journey toward a more sustainable and resilient future for all.”
