Blevins heads Knight Frank life sciences team

Knight Frank has poached Nick Blevins from Cushman & Wakefield to become the new head of its life sciences and innovation strategy.

His role is to expand KF’s strategy across the so-called ‘golden triangle’ that encompasses London, Oxford and Cambridge.

“Our expanded presence in the golden triangle positions us well to access the growing network of science and tech occupiers basing themselves in the region, as well as the developers and investors looking to provide the critical real estate required to support science and innovation businesses as they evolve,” said Blevins.

“Nick’s proven track record will be instrumental in the next stage of our life sciences and innovation team’s growth,” said Stephen Clifton, head of commercial at KF.
