ULI Europe makes Louis Lallouette young leaders chair

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe, the non-profit education and research institute, has appointed Louis Lallouette as chair of the ULI Europe Young Leaders Group, effective 1 July. Lallouette, a senior analyst at Greystar, the rental housing investment, development and management company, succeeds Ariana Maass, who led the network since 2024 and oversaw its growth to nearly 2,000 members. A ULI member since 2022, Lallouette has held several leadership roles within the organisation’s UK Young Leaders committee. He joined Greystar’s UK investments team in 2022 and moved into EMEA capital raising in January 2026.
