Savills Italy appoints Riccardo Crepaldi head of retail management

Savills Italy has appointed Riccardo Crepaldi as head of retail management, effective 1 July and based in Milan. Crepaldi will lead the firm’s retail management platform, overseeing property management, out-of-town leasing, technical and pilotage, and property management accountancy teams to strengthen integration across services and support retail asset performance. He joins from CBRE Investment Management Italy, where he was director of retail asset management. Crepaldi has more than 20 years’ experience in retail real estate and will focus on expanding Savills’ retail operations and enhancing value creation for clients.
