Decathlon signs 30-year lease at Europa Dublin development
In what may be seen as a boost for retail real estate generally as well as for Dublin city centre, sports retailer Decathlon has signed a 30-year lease for a 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) unit in the Clerys Quarter, a mixed-use development underway on the city’s O’Connell Street.
