Berlin resilient despite dip in Q1 demand for German offices

Demand for offices in Germany’s top five letting markets collectively dipped by about 20% in the first quarter of 2023 when compared to the corresponding quarter last year. Takeup was 497,000 sq m in the first quarter of 2023 (Q1,2022: 628,000 sq m).
