London has risen to number 3 in the global rankings to become the third placed Tech City in the world in 2025, just behind San Francisco and New York, in Savills’ biennial Tech Cities Index, while four more UK cities - Cambridge, Bristol, Oxford and Manchester - also made the top 100.
