Tarroc to lead CBRE IM’s EMEA retail property platform

CBRE Investment Management has appointed Antonio Tarroc to retail property platform lead EMEA, a newly created role. Reporting to Eric Decouvelaere, EMEA head of retail operator division, he will work closely with the asset management teams across the European business.

Tarroc has worked for CBRE IM for nearly six years and will also continue in his current role as head of retail asset management Iberia. With over 13 years’ experience in real estate, he has specialised in property, asset and investment management in the retail sector. Prior to joining CBRE IM, Tarroc held several positions within the real estate industry which included asset manager for Carmila España and Incus Capital. He also gained four years’ experience in retail property management working for Gentalia.

Tarroc’s latest appointment completes CBRE IM’s operating model evolution in EMEA regarding property platform leads. Each sector now – retail, logistics, offices and residential – now has a dedicated lead in place.
