Cromwell promotes Lowe to head European transactions

Cromwell Property Group has promoted Patrick Lowe to head of transactions, Europe.

He will lead the European transactions team’s efforts to source and execute single-asset and portfolio deals, both on- and off-market.

Lowe’s most recent role was as senior transactions manager, working exclusively for Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT) and he will continue be responsible for all of the REIT’s transactions.

Lowe joined Cromwell ten years ago as a financial analyst and has gained experience across a number of functions including treasury manager, assistant fund manager and senior portfolio manager.
