ESR Europe names Quentin Kerrault chief investment officer

ESR Europe, the European platform of ESR Group, has appointed Quentin Kerrault as chief investment officer. Previously head of investments, Europe, Kerrault will continue to lead the investment team and oversee investment origination and execution across the region. His expanded remit includes product design, capital formation and business development. Kerrault joined the firm in 2017 and has led more than £2 billion of value-add and opportunistic transactions across logistics, offices and residential. He previously spent four years at CPPIB, completing over £3 billion of European value-add and opportunistic property transactions.
