Avison Young appoints Jason Hardman as UK head of valuations

Avison Young, the global commercial real estate adviser, has appointed Jason Hardman as UK head of valuations. He will lead the firm’s UK valuations division, advising clients across lending, investment and development. Hardman joins from CBRE, where he spent 20 years, most recently as head of the UK living sector. He previously led its loan advisory valuation business and grew its living sector valuation team to more than 70 people. He also holds the valuation seat on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ governing council until the end of 2027.
