LAMDA Development appoints Evie Kostakis as CEO

LAMDA Development, the Greek property developer behind Athens’ Ellinikon regeneration project, has appointed Evie Kostakis as chief executive officer from 1 January 2027. She succeeds Odisseas Athanasiou, who steps down after 18 years in the role. Kostakis, formerly group chief financial officer and executive board member at Julius Baer, the Swiss private banking group, has more than 25 years’ experience. She will oversee the delivery of The Ellinikon, where the first residents are expected over the next two years, while focusing on financial discipline and growing income from LAMDA’s shopping centres and marinas.
