Segro accepts £14bn takeover offer from Prologis

The deal is done: Segro has formally accepted a £14.3 billion takeover offer from Prologis, bringing an end to a prolonged battle between the two logistics companies. The US-based giant had first approached Segro in 2024 with an offer which the LSE-listed UK REIT had rejected as “opportunistic” and had come back with a revised offer this year.
