ULI names Christoph Mayr co-chair of ULI NEXT Europe

The Urban Land Institute, a non-profit research and education organisation focused on the built environment, has appointed Christoph Mayr as co-chair of its ULI NEXT Group in Europe for a two-year term. Mayr is head of sustainability Europe at PIMCO Prime Real Estate and chief of staff to its global and European chief executives. A ULI member since 2018, he serves on the group’s executive committee and European Sustainability Council. He has spent 12 years at PIMCO Prime Real Estate in risk management and portfolio-related roles in Germany, the United States and France.
