Long Harbour names Véronique Medcalf group human resources director

Long Harbour, the real estate investment manager focused on operational real estate, has appointed Véronique Medcalf as group human resources director. She joins from Cromwell Property Group, where she spent nine years as head of people for Europe and Singapore, most recently guiding its people function through a period of growth and the sale of the European business to SWI Group. At Long Harbour, Medcalf will lead the group’s people strategy across its operations and report to the executive committee. She brings international human resources leadership experience spanning the financial services, real estate and technology sectors.
