HSBC is the latest group to sign up for space in Canary Wharf as the return to work trend is leading to a shortage of quality offices in the City of London. The bank has signed a new 15-year lease for 210,000 sq ft at 40 Bank Street, said the Canary Wharf Group, landlord and manager of the estate.
