Skanska has sold the first phase of its Equilibrium office complex in Bucharest, Romania, to Gordiusz Private Equity Fund, managed by Gránit Asset Management, for €52 million.
The building, which was completed in 2019, has a total leasable area of 21,000 sq m and is 100% let to tenants from industries including pharma, agriculture, law, communication, construction and retail. The transfer of the property is scheduled for the second quarter 2025.
Equilibrium consists of two buildings and is located in the northern part of the Romanian capital in the Floreasca-Barbu Vacarescu office submarket, often referred to as Bucharest’s new CBD. The second phase of the project, not part of the latest sale, was completed in December 2022, and has 20,000 sq m of lettable space.
