Dublin I&L take-up hits 10-year low but rents set to rise: Savills

Take up of industrial and logistics real estate in the Dublin market hit a low point in 2024 and the Q4 figure of 745,000 sq ft (69,212 sq m) took the year’s total to 1.3 million sq ft (120,774 sq m), 58% down on the previous year and the lowest level since the series began in 2014 according to Savills researchers.
