Europe still not keeping pace with demand for PBSA: CBRE
The supply of student-specific housing is failing to keep pace with growing demand in Europe and the level of Purpose Built Student Accommodation provision in many of the region’s key university markets is less than 10% of the student population, according to research published on Thursday by CBRE.
