Tina Reuter officially takes on role as head of C&W Germany
Cushman & Wakefield has officially appointed Tina Reuter as head of Germany. A qualified architect and an MBA, she assumed the position on an interim basis in December 2023 after Yvo Postleb left the company at his own request.
The new role means that she will be responsible for the strategic direction and business development of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany while implementing the company’s growth strategy.
Reuter has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2013. She became a member of C&W’s strategic leadership team in the EMEA region in 2019 as an executive partner and was responsible for the asset services business in 14 countries with more than 1,300 employees before her appointment as head of Germany.
She is also part of the EMEA Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Board and the ESG EMEA Council.
While thanking Yvo Postleb for his contribution, C&W EMEA chief executive Colin Wilson said Reuter “will bring focus, organisation and strategic thinking to her new role.”
“Under her leadership, our asset services EMEA business experienced consistent margin growth and continued to diversify in line with the evolving user and investor needs of our European customers. I have no doubt that she will contribute her skills to our customers and colleagues in Germany, driving forward our plans for 2024 and beyond.”
Reuter said that her personal goal is “to create a fully integrated one-stop-shop real estate advisory service that leverages our global connectivity and platform, our data and analytics, as well as our industry, sector, investor and user knowledge.”
