P3 adds trio of logistics assets to its portfolio in Germany
P3 has acquired three logistics properties near German cities Magdeburg, Leipzig and Hanover. The assets, which have a gross leasable area of about 201,000 sq m, would suit various logistics activities and were built within the last two years, P3 stated.
