Lyon tops Europe’s flood risk table in new AEW research
AEW’s research team has updated its analysis of physical risks of climate change to real estate, in particular from flooding and rising sea levels. But although aggregate risks are small in some markets such as French city Lyon the dangers are more extreme and the firm cautions investors to use active screening.
