Samsung joins Primonial and EDF in major Paris purchase
Primonial REIM France has completed the acquisition of the 33,000 sq m Influence office complex in Saint-Ouen, northern Paris, in conjunction with EDF Invest and South Korean asset manager Samsung SRA.
The asset is let to the Île-de-France regional council has been bought from funds managed by Tishman Speyer.
Completed in 2017, the complex, which comprises two seven-storey buildings, was designed by Jacques Ferrier Architectures and has dual certification with BREEAM Very Good and HQE Excellent labels.
“This acquisition is in line with our strategy of investing in sustainable office blocks which meet very high environmental standards and which feature modular working areas and numerous services for the comfort and well-being of their users,” said Grégory Frapet, CEO of Primonial REIM France.
The deal has been financed by banks including lead arrangers BNPP and Société Générale, together with participating lenders BPI France and Raiffeisen Bank.
