Axa IM sells Paris office tower development to Macifimo

AXA IM Alts has sold the 26,000 sq m Keiko tower office development in the Paris area to property company Macifimo.

The project is due for completion in 2023 and Macifimo, which is changing its name to Aéma REIM, and is part of Aéma Group, will establish its headquarters there by 2024.

The site is located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, south-west of Paris, in the third largest metropolitan district in the city.

AXA IM Alts’ sold the building on behalf of clients and the sale is the culmination of the asset manager’s regeneration of the 40-acre Issy-les-Moulineaux site. The deal follows the development and sale of three residential towers in 2018, as well as the 33,000 sq m Aquarel tower in 2019.

The 14-storey Keiko tower will include a range of amenities for occupiers, an auditorium, a business centre, a restaurant overlooking the Seine, 750 sq m of terraces across several floors and a rooftop terrace.
