New horizons: P3, Befimmo, Savills IM, Berlin Hyp, JLL, Patron, Verdion

Frank Pörschke

Among the latest appointments reported on Real Asset Insight’s People pages, P3 Logistic Parks, has hired former JLL EMEA markets president Frank Pörschke as its new CEO.

Pörschke, who assumes the role on 1 April, takes over from Tim Beaudin who is stepping down in a planned leadership transition in what is described as part of “a strategic transition plan for P3’s move into its next stage of growth”. 

Jean-Philip Vroninks

JLL BeLux’s Jean-Philip Vroninks to be the new CEO of Belgian REIT Befimmo, replacing Benoît De Blieck.

Currently executive director at Jones Lang Lasalle Belgium-Luxembourg, Vroninks will join Befimmo later this year.

Lisen Heijbel

In Sweden, Lisen Heijbel has joined Savills Investment Management as head of investment, Nordics.

She was previously head of capital markets, Sweden, at CBRE. Prior to that she worked for JLL in Stockholm and London.

Maria Teresa Dreo

Meanwhile, Maria Teresa Dreo has been appointed to the Berlin Hyp’s board of management. She had left Berlin Hyp at the end of 2020 to join BayernLB but has been picked to succeed Gero Bergmann.

Agnieszka Kołat

In Poland, Agnieszka Kołat has been appointed executive director in JLL’s retail investment team and will be responsible for strategy and the development of JLL’s retail investment business in the country.

Gareth Henry

Meanwhile, London-based investor Patron Capital has appointed Gareth Henry as global head of investor relations, a new role.

Henry, who previously worked with Investcorp in New York, will be primarily responsible for converting new investors and relationships for future funds and products.

Valerie Setz

And in Germany, logistics property specialist Verdion has appointed Valerie Setz as asset manager to assist in managing its growing portfolio of real estate assets. She will be based at Verdion’s new Düsseldorf office and will manage assets across all territories except the UK.
