Kołat is JLL Poland’s new exec director retail investment

Agnieszka Kołat has been appointed executive director in the retail investment team of JLL in Poland.

Kołat will be responsible for strategy and the development of JLL’s retail investment business in the country.

Kołat has been involved in the Polish real estate market for almost 20 years during which time she has worked with leading investors such as Allianz, Atrium European Real Estate, Aviva, CBRE GI, Echo Investment, and Union Investment.

This sector is currently undergoing many changes, which is not only related to the pandemic, but also to the growing maturity and changing shopping habits of Polish consumers,” said JLL Poland’s head of capital markets Tomasz Puch. “Agnieszka’s expertise, knowledge of trends and investor needs is invaluable.”
