Romania’s real estate growth signals major opportunities

Real estate in Romania is expanding fast and construction activity is growing annually at around 20%, with a range of foreign players as well as local developers active, particularly in the residential sector.

Activity is not confined to the capital city: “University cities are doing great and there are many other opportunities in sectors like healthcare, nursing, logistics and industrial,” Marius Camber, head of business development at strategic lobbying and risk management consultancy One Up tol Real Asset Insight’s Richard Betts.
