‘Retail will thrive if you provide an unbeatable shopping experience’

There’s a bright future for shopping centres in Poland, because the country is not saturated like the US and has no high street, Tomasz Trzoslo, CEO, EPP Company Strategy, told Real Asset Media’s Richard Betts in this interview.

Omnichannel retail will continue to do well. Physical stores will continue to be important but online and offline must work together. The future of retail is in providing the right mix of shops, leisure, services and last mile logistics, he said, for an experience customers will come back for.

In these uncertain times, for the good of the company and for the benefit of shareholders, EPP is already diversifying into other sectors like offices, but retail is and will remain at its core.
