PRS is Poland’s ‘rising star’ and is in need of project finance

Although the market in Poland suffered during the pandemic there is considerable optimism and further big ticket deals will be finalised before the year end according to Justyna Kedzierska Klukowska, head of Berlin Hyp’s Warsaw Office.

Although industrial is the sector of choice for many, and offices have been attractive for CEE investors, PRS is the rising star and will account for around a quarter of this year’s volume Kedzierska Klukowska said.

And as there is little built stock available, “ there is a huge need for development finance,” she told Real Asset Insight’s Richard Betts.
