Pedro Coelho, Square Asset Management
Pedro Coelho, Chairman, Square Asset Management, tells The Real Asset Day that the real impact of the crisis on the Portuguese economy will be felt only when Government support stops with some tenants not being able to pay rent and some sectors, like tourism, being badly affected for longer.
Distressed assets will likely take 12-18 months before they begin to appear.
