Logistics tenants’ needs: more space and energy saving assets
No real surprises emerged from The 2022 European Real Estate Logistics Census according to Nick Preston, Fund Manager, Tritax EuroBox.
The 2022 European Real Estate Logistics Census, was carried out during the summer by supply chain market analysts Analytiqa on behalf of Tritax EuroBox and Savills.
Preston said the findings accord with what he and his colleagues hear when travelling: “There’s a real demand for more space, higher quality space and location is critical.”
He added that ESG fundamentals also important. “It’s all about energy sustainability, high-quality places to work.”
