EPRA is ‘back on the road’ for joint summit with Bloomberg

EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, and Bloomberg Intelligence will jointly host their 2022 Real Estate Summit in June.

The event, which will be staged at Bloomberg’s European HQ in London on 16 June and will be EPRA’s first in-person event since the pandemic, will look in detail at finance and real estate. It will discuss how the European listed real estate sector can retain its resilience in turbulent times, said EPRA CEO Dominique Moerenhout.

“A hot topic in the market for attendees is sustainable finance. The listed real estate sector has been very active in issuing green bonds, so this is a top – even an omega trend – in the sector so we will definitely discuss that,” Moerenhout explained, “and of course, leveraging the resilience of the sector.”

“We are very happy to be back on the road to co-host an event with Bloomberg Intelligence again and for the opportunity to bring a lot of people to a very nice building in the City of London.
