Domestic capital seeks out regional offices in CEE markets

While the industrial sector is currently the number one real estate sector in CEE, core offices are also an attraction for “big name” investors. However, regional offices are an interesting market segment, according to Justyna Kedzierska Klukowska, head of Berlin Hyp’s Warsaw Office.

“Big investors just left this market segment aside,” she said. “But domestic CEE capital was attracted to those assets.” Transactions have been finalised this year and there is much more to come, Klukowska said.
