Coima has secured a deal with banks to take over the legacy debt attached to the historic Grand Hôtel des Bains in Venice. The agreement paves the way for a €200m investment programme to completely restore and modernise the hotel, which has been closed for over 15 years, bringing what was once a monument to Venice’s Belle Époque splendour back to life as a modern high-end resort hotel.
