Chinese automotive interiors company Jiangsu Xinquan Automotive Trim has leased circa 18,000 sq m of industrial and logistics space in Slovakia in what its new landlord, CTP, says is the latest evidence of nearshoring in which multinationals are increasingly basing operations closer to customer locations in response to global supply chain disruptions and the changing geopolitical backdrop.
